The pottery barn town and country is my favorite pottery barn to go to! I have always received wonderful customer service, especially from Lois! She is amazing! Patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to do whatever she can to help you find the perfect pieces for your home! Whenever I have something I want to purchase I check to see if she is working before I go so that I can get her help!

Very helpful and beautiful collections and displays. The only thing was I almost missed the table I was looking for because it was covered with vases with flowers, which also made it difficult to look at in detail. But the customer service was great!

Had a fantastic experience with Pottery Barn especially with Kendra F. Her professionalism, her knowledge, and her attention to detail was top notch. She gave us sketch’s of what our room could potentially look like so it gave me a visual to see what I couldn’t envision alone. Our living area looks amazing so thank you, Kendra on a job well done.

Ordered item on 1/28, multiple delays and finally delivered on 3/11 while I was on vacation. Of course it was stolen, they didn't offer replacement or refund and said I had to deal with UPS.

Her attention to detail and excellent customer service made shopping a pleasure. She was very attentive and patient, making the process smooth and enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience shopping at Pottery Barn! The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Buffy and Gissela are always incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great design advice and product recommendations. Highly recommend Pottery Barn for anyone looking to elevate their home decor.

We bought pillows from this location and old lady there helped us ordered online since they were always back ordered. We were told it would be delivered by 5th of Aug. Now they charged us twice for same pillows and its backordered. Now I have to call them to reverse charges. Waist of time. I would never buy from this company again. They are so disorganized. Management doesn’t like to correct their system. So many people complaining about this company. I will also leave review on trust pilot and BBB. Seems like they will shutdown soon if don’t fix these issues.

So disappointed with this company, I ordered dinning chairs month ago on sale. Come to find out they cancelled my order without notifying me. I’ve been waiting for months and when I called their customer service they were not helpful in resolving the issue. Pretty much it’s too bad and we’re sorry, here’s a 15% off. I used to shop there often but not anymore. Now I’m stuck with a table and no chairs.
