I had called the store on 3/20/2023 and told them to mix me 17 5 gallon buckets of paint I needed for a job the next morning for a home almost one hour away and the guy I spoke to said he would mix them ASAP and have them ready for pickup the next day, now I’m stuck here, going to be behind on my work about an hour and a half because he said he “forgot to mix the paint.” Never had this happen to me before at any other paint store.

Nobody in the store (CUSTOMERS OR EMPLOYEES) was wearing a mask. Social distancing is not being properly enforced and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone got sick from visiting this place based off their safety measures! Don’t go to this store they don’t have their act together!

They were not willing to honor my coupons for free paint.Tried to sell me something I didn't want. All I needed was a quart of exterior touch up.

Great service, we started our project with only 2 gallons and started running out I called the store to get more but they were about to close I asked them to please prepare my paint and I would come fast (we live close) Ariel and Arturo waited for me with everything ready, they stayed and waited for me on a Holiday , it’s so nice to find helpful and caring people

I was sent to this location from the Tomball one because they matched my paint and did not have it. I went here to get it but when i used it it was the wrong color! Carlos N. went so far out of his way to help me make sure i got the right match it was unbelievable, i have never had customer service like this before!!! WOW what an exceptional employee they have there. Keep up the good work Carlos and Thank you so much!!!!!

Was able to perfectly color match a quart of touch-up paint to a drywall sample i brought in. Big box stores failed miserably.
