stop by this boutique when it first opened , didn’t have a lot of inventory initially but now their supply is plentiful. this store didn’t have my certain product in the back for me when i came but the amazing associate Gilbert & manager Anna went above beyond & made sure i had my item was new immediately .exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectations. forever a guest . thank you!

Horrible customer service. The security guard separated my boyfriend and I so we had to go in seperately. I asked him if we could wait to go in together and he gave us terrible attitude. I went inside the store and no one helped me shopped. Felt like a Walmart non luxury experience. Long wait and unprofessional.

I’ve never liked Prada but my wife does so I went here to please her. Their styles are so tired with the nylon material that reminds of Walmart bags. For this price you’d think they would use all leather or at least durable canvas. The staff was not as helpful during this visit so I walked in and out without a word of hello. No wonder this place didn’t have a line in front!

Sales associate seemed very disinterested the entire time i was there despite the fact that i was their only customer in the entire store. Felt very uncomfortable and judged by the associates, I assume they thought i was just going to window shop, however, their demeanor completely changed as soon as i showed intent to purchase. Even if i was just looking around, I should not have received the glares that I did. Furthermore, after purchasing the monolith boots, i noticed the stitching of the nylon pouch was very messy and there were small dents in the shoe. For 1500 dollars, this is not the quality i should be receiving. I’ve been to the prada stores in LA and NYC, the customer service was 100 times better despite being busier, will not be returning to this location.

We had a very RACIST experience. My friend and I both Black and Afro-Latino, went into this store and an overweight, seemingly YT hispanic-male, who we thought was the security guard literally followed us around the store. My friend was interested in buying a new bag and he tried to rush her and ask her what she was in the store for and why? He kept, following us closely as we moved around the store, and I mean close to where we both got very uncomfortable, he stared at us as we were shopping and picking up items, and kept rushing us to hurry up and buy something or to leave the store. We asked him to look at the wallets and he basically threw it at us with a very angry tone and rolling of the eyes. He did not want to service or help us. I told him that he was coming across very rude and that he needed to be softer in speaking to my friend, because as a man, you dont talk to a woman in that way! He acted as if he ignored me and kept looking straight ahead not acknowledging my presence and kept asking my female friend why she was in the store and what she was looking for. I looked annoyed. My friend asked him were hey closing soon or something because he seemed rushed and he said no. Nobody else in the store was Black or being followed the way we were. There were 2 other older people in the store, being helped by the other employees. So I will not only be coming back up to this store and warn others about the piss-poor treatment, but I will follow through with my complaints to get him fired because that is racial profiling and very disrespectful to treat customers this way!

Nice place until they make you leave for not having a mask on after they let you threw the front door and take your temp then do not even offer to provide oneI guess they're not hurting after the pandemic of being closed we will purchase somewhere else

Came in here yesterday to look around and ended up purchasing a bag. However, the issue i have was with the sales associate. My bf and I were discussing which purse i wanted and when i had finally picked she tried to convince me of another bag..... moving on, i wanted to look around the whole store and she followed me around the whole store as if I'm going to steal something. Like???? Anyways, time to make our purchase, she grabbed the bag off the display and my bf had to ask her to get a new one from the back bc wtf. And then she going to ask us "do you want this in a box" like girl what do you mean? yes...? Overall, my experience was trash and i will not be coming back here.

EXCELLENT customer service!!! The sale agent (SA), Anthony, was extremely helpful and friendly during my trip to the store. He stayed with me for entire time to help find what I want (which is not on the website). Moreover, the store manager, Michelle is very professional, knowledgeable, and especially nice! Highly recommended!!! The service here is wayyyy better than the next door LV store.P/S: I have been a regular customer of both brands.
