The owner is a joke!!! Do not rent any of his banquet halls from him. He wants you to pay all cash but then refund you in a check! When you call him, he’s very rude & hangs the phone up in your face ! He will not let you talk & will constantly talk over you. He lets any & every one in to see the hall when you’re decorating & even when your event is going on!!! He’s NOT A BUSINESS MAN AT ALL!!! STAY AWAY FROM PREET BANQUET HALL!!!

Small but elegant hall for those more intimate events. The staff was wonderful, but the parking goes by super quick.

Most of my family reserve with the Indian since it's not a bad price to rent, but other then that restrooms dirty they turn off Ac and it smells bad and Indian has the WORST attitude, you can't ask him a question because he gets mad and hangs up. I hope this guy can have inspections because I went to see the biggest salon and saw cockroach all over the kitchen.

My mother and I went to view this venue back in December. We put a $200.00 deposit down for my son Graduation Party on May 28th. The total rental cost would be $1000.00 and the deposit returned upon the hall being cleaned.The owner told us as well as our contract states we had until April 28th a month before the date we needed to have the amount paid. My mom went to pay the money and the owner rudely used profanity and threatened we breeched our contract. I am glad he did this before the money was paid. I told her leave and we will find something else. I am not going to put a ? where God has placed a period. This man is very disrespectful. I am taking my money elsewhere. This is the exact reason why Americans do not like patronizing foreigners businesses. But I will see him in court.

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING customer service, misinformation, and unprovoked use of profanity. And judging by the other reviews, I saved myself a sweat fest!

My sister had her XV here in May, ac broke down immediately after the party began. It was extremely hot & uncomfortable. We had to turn off all the lights in the hopes that it helped a bit. We've used this hall for years and this is the 1st time we've had an issue w/ the AC. IT WAS SO ANNOYING!

I just had my quince at the Preet Hall this past Saturday and thanks to the owners lack of hygiene and maintenance of the hall my sister ended up in the hospital for 2 days straight. Today I came to discuss the issue and the owner was very disrespectful and even called me a liar when I mentioned that I had asked him about the AC which he told me was in perfect conditions. This hall doesn’t deserve a single star and don’t let him fool you with his so called kindness if you ever visit any of the halls.

Went to a wedding at this place. It's located in a shopping center. Not much parking but very nicely decorated inside. Plenty of dance room. Didn't get to go to the bathrooms so I can't really comment on that.
