Total cluster at the office here. Been waiting over 4 weeks for a prior auth, which I know takes about a week. They know nothing about me, except they are under staffed and I should have my answer in 24 hours. I would stay away from this company!

Primesource RX helped get a new biologic medication approved only to have the insurance require they transfer it to Express scripts. Teena was helpful and gave me suggestions for assistance programs to help with paying for my prescription deductibles and copays. Great service. Thank you!

I have had such a wonderful experience working with Primesource and their staff. Everyone I've spoken to has helped me tremendously they went out of their way to help me save money, they assisted me with getting my copay amount lower by using copay cards from drug manufacturers. I didn't have to worry about the status of my medications because they would call and leave me voicemails and even send me text messages. Overall I've had a great experience, they are up to par with customer service, technology and have been very helpful and professional. Great thanks to Primesource for making this process easier for me!

The had my prescription for nearly THREE MONTHS while we were waiting on insurance related issues to be resolved and they never thought it would be important to notify me that they are unable to fill my script because they don't have a supplier for the drug I need.
