We absolutely love Primrose! My children have been attending for about 5 years and love it. The teachers genuinely care, the menu is very healthy, everything is calm, orderly, and on-schedule (very important for children), the site is clean, and the leadership is wonderful. Bonus, they also potty trained my kids - that alone is worth a thousand gold stars! The ProCare app system they use is great because I am able to see pictures of what my kids are up to throughout the day or ask a non-urgent question to the teacher. We love, love, love Primrose.

The first job I ever walked out on. This place is a complete JOKE! Management is run by rude, incompetent ladies who have NO IDEA how to run a school! The teachers are teenagers who talk about the other teachers. There are teachers leaving every time you turn around. Even the DIRECTOR is going to another, more reputable school. Don’t make the same mistake I made. STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

This place is incredible! We absolutely loved that our kids got to attend. It’s a wonderful place if you’re in need child care. They do a great job teaching the kids and they’re very nice as well.

The absolute best day care/camp I’ve taken any of my nieces. Each and every morning, the staff greets the children and parents with genuine joy. I definitely appreciate that. There has been one camp in the past were I took my niece out of it because I didn’t like the general attitude of the staff. The price is decent/affordable for the numerous activities they do and meals. Great job staff. We will see you again next summer.

Our son has been at Primrose for a little over 2 years now. We started when he was 6 months and I still remember how nervous we were as new parents to leave our tiny baby at daycare. We have been lucky with so many great and loving teachers that have helped him develop into a very independent, sweet, and curious toddler. He always surprises us with songs/words/things he has learned at daycare. Special shout-out to Ms. Carter, Ms. Montgomery, Ms. Asia, Ms. Tannah, and Ms. Katy! They have been so wonderful with him, he is always mentioning them and gets so excited when he sees them ?

We absolutely love this school! We've been here for almost 2 years. My 3 year old loves class and raves about what she has learned every day. My 1 year old has been so loved. I receive pictures of him daily and he is always smiling. He reaches for his teachers when we walk in!! It makes me feel wonderful to know that he's happy. The front office staff is so kind and greets both kids by name. All the teachers are competent and caring! Oh and the chef is amazing. My daughter loves the school veggies and says the ones at home just aren't the same. Lol. They even do parents night out once a month. Couldn't be happier here!

I'm very pleased with my sons achievements. Since he started attending Primrose at Crossroads Park. He's currently in (Preschool 1)Ms.Wilsons class. And Ms.Wilson does a phenomenal job while working with him. He started out in Preschool Pathways and the Teacher Mrs.Mendez was a very dedicated teacher as well. His speech has improved so much being under their care. And he truly enjoys going to class and singing the songs that are played throughout the day.

I really love this school! The community of staff they have here is wonderful! You can really feel that they care about your children. They have always been flexible and understanding. They do a lot to recognize the parents and the crazy work life balance that is needed.

We have been with Primrose Crossroads Park a little over a year and a half and are extremely happy with them! The entire staff is warm and caring and are truly invested in the education and well being of the children. The change I saw in my boys when we made the decision to move to Primrose was phenomenal! They come home happy everyday and are excited to go in the mornings. I highly recommend Primrose at Crossroads Park!

We’re so happy with the school. After staying home with my little one for 20 months, it was tough transitioning her to a daycare system, and after a few rough weeks at another school, we transferred here and it’s been amazing! She adjusted so quickly and although the first week was rough during drop offs but when pick up time came, she was the happiest baby! She fully adjusted before week 3, and even stopped crying! And began to talk about her friends in school and tell us at home about her teachers too!As a first time mom, the transition was great. They made me comfortable, and also comforted my little girl all through her transition. Knowing that she’s in great hands when we drop her off, and getting updates throughout the day, when she sleeps, wakes up, eats (what she eats, the days lesson, even videos and pictures, it keeps me happy all day long! And the best part is you can always call in to check on your child! They answer so quickly and with love. You can tell your child is very well cared for here and loved by all. Their attention to detail is great. And I say this because this is my first time being a mom and having our baby in such an environment and I’ve not had any reason to complain about anything! It’s been great so far.We love our daughters teachers! They’re responsive and always answer all my questions if I have any.Mrs Carter, and Ms Kearns are amazing especially during drop offs and pick ups! I love how they call each child by their name. They’re always ready to address any concerns you have and always keep you updated on your child’s day to day activities. We’re so glad to be part of the Primrose family. You know your child loves her new school when she asks to go to school on a Weekend! ?We just got a birthday card in the mail for her upcoming 2nd birthday from her school. It was her first mail this year. She loved opening it and seeing the beautiful card & sticker. We appreciate you all at Primrose of Crossroads Park. Thank you Ms. Rhodes, Ms. Dawn, Ms Carter, Ms Kearns, and everyone at Primrose!

I cannot say enough good things about Primrose! My daughter started Promise at 20 months old. After being a SAHM for 19 months, I had alot of anxiety leaving my girl all day with strangers. Would they love her the way I'd hoped? Would they see her for who she is? Would she get any one on one attention? A million things weighed on my mind! However, the Primrose Management Team and Teachers quickly began to feel like family. They genuinely care about each child and it's so obvious in everything they do.The teachers are so sweet, patient, and FUN! I love their balanced learning approach of learning through play! My daughter loves Ms. Rhodes and talks about her at home too! I really love how they use an app to communicate with parents. My favorite is how they post pictures and videos of her day. They post about her meal times, diaper changes, and activities/skills they learned each day too! When I drop off/pick up, she is greeted by her name and is shown a loving and welcoming environment. Even with Covid-19 restrictions, and not being able to really go into the classroom, they work so hard to communicate with parents. I feel included in my daughter's day and feel so safe with her in their care.My daughter has recently been going through a tough "terrible twos" phase. They have gone above and beyond my expectations in handling those behaviors. They use developmentally appropriate practices, positive reinforcement, and are extremely consistent with their expectations. Ms. Kearns and Ms. Carter are absolutely amazing. They are supportive of their staff and are so great with children. They really work with us as a team to provide the best care for our daughter. These ladies were pivotal in helping my daughter feel "at home" at school.I absolutely love how involved the Owners are. They're truly invested in Primrose and care about the families enrolled. I've seen Matt Evers on campus many times, and he's always so friendly.I've seen tremendous academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth in the 4 months my daughter has been there. The best part is hearing her so excited to see her friends at school! As a former teacher, If you're on the fence about trusting Primrose with your babies, they really are the best in childcare! I wouldn't have my daughter anywhere else!

Our 2 year old daughter has been at Primrose a couple months now and we have been very impressed! She spent a year at home due to Covid so attending daycare has been a tough adjustment, but with the teachers persistence and patience, we are beginning to see improvements. The staff are very kind and responsive and have been working with our daughter to help her adjust. Very much would recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school! I was not looking forward to putting my child in daycare at first, but this school has squashed every single fear and hang-up I've had. They are very transparent and communicative. They have an app that keeps parents posted throughout the day about lunch, naps, potty times, recess, etc., and we can write in to the teachers directly with any questions or comments. They take safety, both covid safety and regular safety, very seriously. My child loves coming here and has flourished under his teachers' care. This is a very happy school with such positive energy.
