“Great experience with AlphaGraphics. Had a rush order on some posterboards that needed to be completed within a few hours in advance of a critical meeting. Realized that this is challenging for businesses like this after trying to go to Fedex office. Turned to Alphagraphics and they delivered within a couple hours. Carlos, whom I cannot thank enough, called their print shop and squeezed me in. They made process very easy, sent an invoice to my work email, and the posters came out great. I did have to drive to their print shop to pick up due to the urgency, but it was only 10-15 min outside downtown and I was happy to do so to get the posters on time. “I needed some oversized blue prints and not only did they help me figure out the best size, based on the images I emailed them, they made the whole process so easy. I went back to have additional prints laminated and, again, it was no fuss whatsoever. They told me the cost upfront and there was a day of turnaround. Couldn't ask for better service.
I emailed them the blueprints, they sent me an invoice and, told me when my order would be ready. Done.
Best part: they answer the phone. Can't tell you how many places I called with no reply.”
