I had the worst experience with this loan company! Run as fast as you can from these people. They are wanting to default you in any way they can in hopes of screwing you over!! I don’t recommend using this unorganized, unprofessional, un-ethical, group of loan sharks even if you’re desperate!!! They changed their rules, regulations, & policies on me 3 years into my loan. It’s no wonder why there were numerous employees who either quit or were possibly fired in the timeframe I did business with this company. Thank goodness I refinanced my loan with an actual bank who treats their customers like they matter!!

Argee is the absolute best! Dont know what I would do without that girl. She treats us like family and will go out of her way everytime to make our transaction perfect, even though we are difficult people to work with she has been nothing but patient with us. 5 star all the way!!!

My transaction was a bit complex and we needed to close asap, day prior to thanksgiving. My business partner and I were purchasing 3 separate properties under 3 of our separate Entities with two different sellers all under one contract. Let me just say Argee and Valeria provided top-notch service this duo exceeded my expectations they were efficient and responsive every step of the way. They both had an eye for detail and highly knowledgeable. Let’s just say this will be my first of many deals with them.

We have to agree with the other comments regarding Argee Jarquez. By far the rudest and most arrogant person we have ever worked with In over 30 years of investing. She is the cancer within this organization and as investors we have discouraged many of our friends from using Priority Investor Loans because of this very reason. As soon as they dispose of her services the place will be a lot better establishment to do business. We used them for a good amount of time but we took all our business elsewhere because of her and Jessica.Our advise, shop around. There’s many more professional companies that doesn’t have this rude woman working there.

Worst experience I ever had. Argee is very unprofessional. I attempted to resolve an issue with her and stepped away because of her tone and unprofessionalism and as I came back I heard her speaking unkindly for lack of better words.
