Employees are very knowledgeable and there are many options. Main issue was the fact that when I asked a question I was given a quick answer and slight dismissal (not in a rude way), but I needed more help and was unable to get it because they were too busy.

Marginal customer service, terrible service at your paint department...man and girl upfront running it like a jailer! New Year coming, get RID of the poor performing employees! Glad you cleaned up the over run parking areas...

I make several trips in here throughout the year, so I knew where everything was except one. I asked a young guy in lumber and he looked it up, and told me which aisle, it was it was on. Escorted me over there and helped me localed it
Next I went to check out, I don't like the self checkout, but what are you going to do. One guy was leaving and I noticed that he forgot his change. The attendant that I told about that put the change aside went over and said something to his coworker, At that point I paid no more attention to what he was doing and started checking myself out.
Out side in the parking lot going to my car I saw the employee talking to the guy that forgot to grab his change
Don't know what they were talking about but I figured the employee caught up with him and gave his change to him. I left for home with a good feeling about that visit.

The worst customer service ever. Just trying to get keys made and absolutely no one could help. 5 to 8 employees pass by and nothing. The girls at checkout called for help four times and no one came. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt waiting for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Today was a bad day in this place. I went for paint. And I was standing in line for 30 minutes. And a bad-intentioned woman arrives
And he took me out of line and dared to put his hand out and pushed me. And the employees already had a part of my order ready. And they weren't even nice enough to tell the woman to stop her insults.
$500 dollars went to home depo,
I left her paint dump there for not being honest and saying that she was not doing the right thing..12/ 12 / 24

I came to the store and I was ready to check out ..mind you I’m about to spend 500 dollars from this store I’m carrying a big item so my mother in law goes to the long line while I wait on the side so we see a cashier waving and we walk towards her and they start to catch attitude because supposedly we weren’t paying attention to the line but the other cashier was literally waving at us then Yessica starts being rude and getting mad and giving attitude so I told her why are you being so rude then Maria with the broken arm was being rude too making a big deal for nothing and starting giving me attitude too.

Excellent visit. Husband and I made mistake of leaving a push broom behind. Rose assisted in self check out. She made sure to set aside for us. We accidentally left behind. Got to our destination to realize we left it behind. Made a phone call to home depot. Jackie took my phone call. Made it very easy to get my broom. Thank you so much. Thank you, Jackie and Rose. Excellent customer service.

Take my advice, don't sign up for their home depot citibank credit card. They are scammers and will try to milk you for lingering interest fees and late payments even after you have paid your balance in full. Take your business to Lowe's or your local hardware store.

If youare a contractor and if you shop in this location please be aware that you may have your tools or entire truck stolen it happened to me and the constable security just said I parked to far away so the cameras can reach so they couldn't help me .
And don't even bother the workers there because they have no Idea what department of stolen vehicles could be.
They'll just tell you to call the police.

Visit was pretty good. I was a time finding a paint that was on website. But worker was able to mix it up for me.
