I’ve been coming here for a while since it’s close by, but unfortunately I will not be returning. During my last visit, the technician made both of my big toes bleed and didn’t stop the bleeding. Instead, she just placed her hand over my toe so I wouldn’t notice. What’s even more concerning is that I saw her put a used buffer and file back in the cart without being sanitized. This makes me question how clean their tools really are. It’s very unsanitary and unsafe, which is disappointing since this used to be my go-to place.

Came here to get my pedicure twice and a full set and I absolutely love the way they do my feet! Only ones ever that actually get the job done! Highly recommended for a pedicure! My nails look great! Got a regular french tip full set and they look great also! Price is great too! And I got Shilac

Would never now after cutting a person's toe nail it started bleeding and she has diabetic. And everyone refuses to give her the workers name. He'll when someone refuses to stop when you have ask someone to stop and they still bleeding w no help she needs to sue

After watching a poor woman in pain after having a horrible cut on her toe, I advise to please jot use this business. They handled that situation horribly and I truly hope that woman does not get an infection due to this business!

I was in Houston for work and needed a nail place. I was able to get in last minute and the technician stayed late. The prices were decent and work was good.

Along with others I agree it smelled like a restroom as soon as you walked in. The pedicure I got was fine except I had to get an overlay and she made the nail look like a talon. But overall good job on the pedicure. However, the man that did my nails 0/10 the man talked about my nails the entire time like I asked, stating that they were thin because I got “fake nail” too much. I literally never get fake nails…Then the man kept commenting on the skin on my nails stating I had “a lot” and just starting cutting away with the cuticle cutter. 5 out of my 10 fingers are sore and bloody, I said something each time I realized he was cutting more than cuticle and he didn’t stop. I almost had to yell at him, for him to take it easy because he basically ignored me saying ow, that hurts. On top of all that I walked out looking like I was the one painting nails because he had the nail polish all over my hands and wasn’t going to try to clean it off… This one bad experience was enough for me to not want to go back or recommend this place to anyone. I've had 4-5 pedicures from this place monthly since I moved to the area. I liked that they had a high star rating compared to the other salons on the same street. Each time I come back I am just more and more unsatisfied. There's never any proper exfoliating and my feet are always dry the next day if not the same evening. One lady cut my toe once and I notice they don't clean their utensils after each customer. The green exfoliating gel has a spoon in it that she grabs the product off of with dirty hands and places back into the container. Also, the smaller applicator tips on the bottles all touched my feet and her dirty hands during the service. I'm honestly not too sure I want to come back. Sure, the prices are great but you get what you pay for. I will end up spending more going to a doctor if I keep taking my chances with the sanitation here.. or lack thereof.
