The staff is so sweet. I had just moved into a storage and I had the top one. I came down to ask if it was possible to change and it was changed to a bottom one in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend for spring your belongings :)

I had a great experience at this location had a few questions about fees and storage capacity and the store associate Celso was a delight. He was so professional and knowledgeable and funny. Would recommend this location if you want to store your stuff!

My iStorage is at 3770 Center Street near Rice Military. The staff is awesome. It is rare these days to find people that return calls and are truly helpful. Rebecca and Bill are fantastic.

Great experience. The facility and units are very clean and the temperature stays cool--even in the heat of a Houston summer. Nikki and Celso were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
