Tim is amazing. Me and my grandmother always get the best help and information from him. He is very professional and always looks out for us in the best way that he can. Tim I thank you, you are awesomeeeee. The facility is always clean and price is reasonable and I have never had any problems since we put our stuff here about a year or so ago. This is my go to storage. / when I come in on speak to anyone on the phone I want it be Tim I am always happy to see or hear that he is in the office

In this day and age, finding excellent customer service is somewhat rare. But WOW, I hit the jackpot this time. I have been a customer here at iStorage on Braeswood for years but never have I experienced a property manager as professional and customer friendly as Tim Graham. It blew me away. Hard working, so efficient and extremely available. I had such a job ahead of me and Tim made everything a breeze. He truly went way above and beyond anyone I have worked with in quite sometime. Thank you Tim! Looking forward to continuing to be a satisfied customer for years to come!

This place is the best storage place. I have more than one unit and it is very secure. Tim Graham us the property manager and is very professional and attentive to the property. He looks out for the customers .
