This place has lost its originality. The elevators are always out of service, rent goes up all the time, no place to throw trash away, and now they lock the bathrooms

I came to get a unit at istorage and it was quick, efficient and easy and John was wonderful to work with and so kind and walked me through the process and insurance, etc. I highly recommend this facility as they are trustworthy and so helpful.

Upon walking in to the office Candice was just sooooooo freaking amazing she handled me with care and smiles and overall great attitude I feel confident that I put my things in the right storage facility she knows her stuff and I truly believe she will be an amazing property manager. From one property manager to another I Love Her.

The iStorage in 10200 Katy Frwy is convenient location and it has very easy access to the units.
The staff are great, very helpful and attentive to the customers’ needs.
