Bad customer service, especially Manager Teresa. It charges you a lot for making business cards (of poor quality) and it makes a mistake on purpose to overcharge you for changes. I do not recommend this place at all, and it also wanted to charge me per hour for changes to my card. In the end I had to do the work for them and they didn't want to print my business cards because I refused to pay for the wrong changes that the designer Teresa made on purpose to charge more, she is not professional at all and treats the employees badly. Bad service and quality of designs.
