I shop online and I have also been in the store a few times. Came in today wasn’t greeted or engaged the entire time we shopped. Walked to the register to purchase and the guy stared at me and then ask what do I need. I responded and said I need to buy this. Shouldn’t have with the service I received but I wanted the shirt. Hate to think in 2023 we still opting to mistreat a black man especially one with buying power. I’ll chop it up to a bad day.

I always shop online with Proper but I ordered the wrong size T-shirt on accident this one time! I didn’t want to go through the whole shipping back or credit back fiasco. Andrew at Proper HTX made the complete opposite and got my proper size ordered and was able to just pick up in store like in one whole day! The experience went very smooth and felt the sincerity. Thanks Proper and that boi Andrew for the big assist!

Rudy helped us! He was attentive and genuinely friendly. I never thought I'd own a pair of "HOKA" sneakers but I have a wide foot bed plus I'm pregnant. I don't shop style or trends, only comparability these days and I am very pleased with my purchase. I'll be back there to shop-

Save your money and buy from a place with an actual return policy. Wore shoes for maybe 45 min and noticed there was a tear and they wouldn't let me exchange or return. Claimed shoes had minor stains which was the exact condition I bought them.
