What a clown show. I ordered a $550 knife from these guys and it shows up used with a loose pocket clip. I tried to talk to Gil about the condition of the knife but he insisted I speak with the manufacturer. I told him the knife had obvious signs of wear from opening and closing the blade. When I said that the owner of ProSource jumped on the phone and started ranting and yelling about the serious legal ramifications of making a "false" statement and that I better watch myself. He then hung up on me. Real classy. They sell subpar items then make threats if you think a return is warranted. I can't honestly speak to their quality as an office supply retailer but I'd very much warn anyone from buying a knife from them.

Prosource Packaging has incredible customer service! I placed an urgent part order with them and requested that they overnight it. Without this important speciality part, I am not able to operate my equipment. Gil and Rick worked relentlessly to make sure it was sourced and arrived just in time. They even reached out to my business partner in order to double confirm that the shipping address I provided was correct to avoid any delays since it was going to another place other than Austin. This took way more additional effort on their end since they had to go look up her information on my website, and I was not reachable due to horrible signal and cell service in the hill country. Their efforts showed that they supported my small business and took my request seriously. I am so grateful that because of them, I do not have to cancel an important booking and am able to make my client's event. Thank you so much Gil and Rick!
