Very nice ppl @ bank .They speak to everyone if they are busy they always acknowledge you. Tellers are so nice Sarah ,Cynthia ,Marisela are nice. the bankers are helpful.

This place smells like racism. Not one person acknowledged me when I walked in. Everybody was talking amongst each other in back. I was the only person in the bank (black man) and it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and help me. I received a settlement check from an insurance company and they wanted to charge me $45 to cash a check issued by Prosperity Bank. After disputing this I asked to speak to someone else since the lady (Starts with M) first chair acted like she did not want to cash the check from the start and questioned the check in Spanish amongst her peers thinking I did not understand it. I absolutely despise this knowing that we are all here trying to live together. I hate racism!

The drive thru tellers ( 2 out of the 3 regulars) are so slow, rude, girl facing the closest window ignores you till someone points out that you're at the drive thru and then still finishes her conversation, laughing and decides to get up on wait on you. I've witnessed a teller making paper clip chains to continue the long chain around her cubicle, laughing and having you wait till she's done. I go to the different locations for my job, Pearland tellers, are on point, address you nicely when you first pull up, Heights drive thru is also on point. San Felipe location very professional. I don't know what's going on with the N. Main location. I do not need anyone being over courteous, just need someone to wait on you and not when they feel like getting up off their chair to assist you and I can understand if there was someone at the counter, but no one is at the time. This location needs to take a professional customer service course and I have stressed to the other locations how horrible the service is at N.Main.
