*DO NOT BANK HERE* it's the absolute worst bank ... If I could move my bank account I would ...I have tried multiple times but my direct deposit will not fix. The fees they charge are ridiculous

I left Wells Fargo and came to Prosperity Bank about 9 years ago. I have been very happy with them. They continue to surprise me with their customer service and friendliness. Prosperity Bank is for me the perfect blend between a small and medium size bank. They seem to have locations in every place I could want one being a Texan. They've also been known to give a courtesy call if I am about to receive an overdraft charge because transferring my money might have slipped my mind. I know they have many happy customers and hope to see more positive reviews reflect the level of service. 5 Star.

My stooped job wrote me a paper chek from you all. And when I went in there to cash my chek I was charge a processing fee because I wasn't an account holder but the chek was from yall. Bank of America would not have done this to me. Happy black Friday I paid for my own money.

It’s unfortunate to write this but Today this was my first time at this location and I would NEVER GO back or recommend anyone to go, first and foremost compared to any other bank I’ve been all over the U.S usually everyone is welcoming friendly and greet you in some manner, here it wasn’t a single person being serviced and out of the 6 people out on the floor not 1 said hello or “someone would be right with you! I had to actually ask “ can someone assist me?!” That was the first red flagSecondly Alex Moreno the teller act like he didn’t see me and continue to act as if he was busy, once I told him the large amount I wanted to withdraw he became suspicious and weirder at the time I thought nothing of it, but as 5 mins go by I’m wondering does it really take this long to withdraw money! I filled out my slip, gave my identification and my card so what’s the problem?!? Then another lady goes over there with him to see I believe (Maria) now they’re both looking at the screen puzzled and weird. I asked is there a problem?? Do you need any other PROOF that this is my account?! They didn’t even bother asking me questions for clarification. So now d*** and dumber are here wasting my time when I could’ve just went to my normal location downtown and gotten better service! Another 5 mins go by and wise guy Alex realized he’s the one who made the mistake as his co worker pointed out smh... then gives me a dry sorry. A white gentleman walks in and gets greeted instantly and taken care of right away. Wow I’m not the one to pull he race card because my husband is white and I have Manyyyy white great friends and family members but it is so obvious that this particular location profiles and discriminates! These are the kind of people that adds to the problem. I’m disgusted and never experienced this behavior in my life! if I didn’t love prosperity bank so much I would close my account! If you care about character of people and great service for everyone Stay far away from this location! Oh and btw I have it ALL RECORDED! May God handle these kind of people.
