Staff is very friendly, the manager Jennifer, always greets me upon entrance. The personal banker Dolores is very trustworthy and knowledgeable, she really takes her time to build a relationship and understand your financial needs. She answers all of my questions and concerns diligently and breaks things down thoroughly.

Nice area, I went today and they were rude to me also when I was leaving i hurd inappropriate words also they told me how much money the branch have and also what date is the deposits. This location is very unprofessional

Had very bad experience in July 2023 with a personal banker assigned to "help" me resolve an important issue related to an account opened at this branch. Not only was she not helpful, she came across as if I was actually inconveniencing her. I finally had to go to another branch to get the information I needed.

Horrible branch with horrible staff. Starts from the manager goes all the way down. Never with Prosperity because of this incompetent branch.

Lack of respect for customers and their time. I had an account at the old Bellaire bank and was bout out by prosperity and has gone downhill. I took a check I received that was wan of their depositors. After taking my license and telling me it will cost $30 to cash I was told it would take 3 minutes to variety the check even though it was their depositor. After 10 minutes she calls her manager and 15 minutes after that they tell me they can’t verify until tomorrow. I left and took it to p n c and cashed it in a few minutes with no fee. I am glad I no longer have an ac pint with these people. Unprofessional.

Pass on this one. There's a reason they have so few customers. Go somewhere else, this place doesn't have a clue. Why bank somewhere small with no one else? Slow
