If i could take stars away I would. They weren't helpful. I had my paper ID (from the dps office. The one they send you thru the email) which on the paper says its a valid document if you print the paper out. Which i was informed it would be okay. As well as having a copy, a bank card with my name on it. And my ssn. After i brought the ID online. And taking the paper the DPS sent me they still would not cash my check ( that is by the way from them) they refused me service. And had no kind of customer service skills. I would never bank with them.
