Could this place get any slower? I closed my account at Prosperity because it takes so long to get help. Not mention on line help in non-existent. My online account was locked and for what ever reason never got unlocked.

If I could assign a rating of zero to this service, I would do so without hesitation. The employee at the drive-thru, Laticha, requires comprehensive retraining in customer service skills. It is evident that her negative demeanor influences some of the other tellers, who subsequently exhibit similar attitudes.
