This place is a joke. The teller is having attitude every time. I deposited the cashier check from my credit union to my wife account and he put the hold for 7 days because he thinks my cashier check is fake and giving me attitude. Also when we withdraw cash here is always pain in the butt. I will also file complain to the corp office. The teller is the one all the way to the left side of the counter.

just don’t come here! We have been banking with prosperity bank for years and they got upset because we threw trash away. She said it’s not a public trash even though we are members……

I would like to give a shout out to Isaiah and the prosperity bank team for working with me and my mother during difficult times. No matter what the situation was that we faced Isaiah took his time to explain everything to me and my mother, while also providing us with amazing customer service.

You own/rent the space not the parking lot. I would keep your board members in line and tell them to stop harassing people for where they are parked and act like a Karen. I don't care if you're a founding member or not, you need to act like one before you use it as a threat. I wouldn't bank with this bank period....any branch if that's how board members act.To the board member... The guy in the black truck you were parked next to harassing ?

Poor customer service. You go to the same bank everyday and still they act like they don’t recognize you. I’m gonna have to stop coming to your bank and go somewhere else where I get good service. If you don’t treat your customers right , you gonna loose business. Goodbye

Horrible experience. Been banking at another prosperity location for years with great service, these guys do not compare. They were not helpful abs were pretty rude in addition.

I came here to make a couple of deposits. I waited in line for almost 40 minutes just for them to deposit my money into the wrong accounts. Service is unbelievably slow. This place deserves 0 stars.

Went to this bank to withdraw money I was told I could not get it from a teller but I could use the atm i contacted my bank same bank they told me there was no problem that I could go get helped there.on the time it took me to get to the bank this manager had contact my bank and placed a hold on my money so I wouldn't be able to withdraw it.After a few phone calls I was able to talk to someone that fixed it.why have someone that is vindictive work for you?
