Worst customer service stood in bank for over 12 minutes. No help black lady running’s her mouth on her ear pods. Then have an attitude when axing can I get some help please

I waited in the lobby to cash a check for 10 minutes. There were 3 bank employees and 1 other customer. When I finally asked a teller, who was chatting with another teller, if I could get some help, she said “In a minute”. At that time, a drive-through customer arrived, and she started helping them. I said”I will go somewhere else.” She said “OK”, so I left.POOREST BANK SERVICE EVER!!!

This bank and its employees especially Jackie Hall give outstanding customer service. We are not numbers to them we are customers to them and we have a relationship. My biggest fear is that this bank will be swallowed up by a huge bank and we lose our relationship. We went through Harvey together and it was traumatic to have to use another location until they opened a temporary office in Lantern Lane. I spoke as loudly as I could to the powers that be that we needed this location. That the neighborhood NEEDED them. I’m so happy they rebuilt!

This branch has become like family to me. Even during their adversity, post Hurricane Harvey flood gates being opened, they managed to move to new location & set-up business as usual, rt around the corner in record time.

This place needs some TLC. Exterior /interior. Staff is ok if you are a regular customer, passing thru customers seems to wait longer. I'm just glad it's the location is within 4mi.

I have been with this bank for years. Jackie has helped me thru so many banking needs in my life. I can go a year or more without going inside but when I need her she is there asking about me and my kids. You cant get that personal touch at any other bank. I highly recommend this bank and this location
