I have been with Prosperity Bank for 41 years. I have a few accounts with them and I have never had any problems at all.

They do not have the ability to print a new debit card there with your name on it they. Your option is to wait 7 to 10 business days. To get a card with your name on it. You have to pay 15 dollars to get a temp and a card with your name on it. Staff is great but huge inconvenience.

Came on 10/28/23 at 5:45 and they were already closed when it says they close at 6 on Saturdays
