I wish I would have gotten her name. Mature Indian woman, maybe Branch Manager. She was amazing. You will know if you’re reading this. Thank you for your professionalism and Customer Care. I came in needing change for my hotel, and sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow a lot of patience, but I am highly impressed by you and the way you handled me. Sorry if I was a little extra just a rough Monday. If your not the manager you should be!

Home town bank feeling. They know you by your first name and the tellers don't mind getting on the phone while you wait if you have any issues. I guess the other people with ad reviews woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

For a Bank with the name Prosperity. It's unfortunate that y'all have employed such a deplorable Tow man; "The Tow Guy".Honestly I have no words to accurately describe what the employees of this company is like.Everyone is living through the motions of life and have something going on. But when my baby brothers car breaks down after work at 1am, a bit of compassion would have been great. we pull it into prosperity bank to get it jumped, and it doesn't work, we set up a tow company to come get the car. During this time a tow truck drove past us slowly 2 separate time not once stopping to offer any assistance. At some point we left not thinking too much since it's late and we've exhausted our efforts; and thinking our guy was only 45 minutes out. We will get the car to the shop and we will save to pay everything one bit at a time. But no, as soon as we left. Like vultures "Tow guys"pray on people who are already in a horrible situation, picked up the car, took it to a storage unit 10 minutes down the street, and came right back, all in the span of 45 minute that my guy was on his way. When I called to ask where, what, and how. I was met with coldness, not an ounce of compassion, left on hold because he didn't want to deal with me just so sad and defeated. "Every one is going through something" he said annoyingly. When I had said "hey we are honestly just going through a lot, and I understand you also have to make money working so late. Can we meet in the middle and I pay you for your time to get the car a shop 15 minutes down the way?""No, it's out of my hands now and you'll just have to figure it out with the storage company. Parking at all after 11 is considered over night parking and that's not allowed"I understand doing your job. But I don't understand taking advantage of people every chance you get and not having any remorse.

I went here to cash a check! Kelly and her staff were very polite. After verifying the check, I was on my way out the door!

Damien goes above and beyond to make this branch top tier. The customer service we receive here has a small town feel like nowhere else in Houston. They take the time to learn your name and be as helpful as possible each time.

Excellent Service, Excellent experience. True service professionals but still had the personal touch to walk us through all the questions we had and things we didn't understand. Thank you Prosperity Bank

Damien the branch manager on a very busy Saturday assisted me with my banking needs as if I was a large company conducting a humongous transaction. It's the small town personal service-- I have come to be spoiled by and appreciate greatly. Having dealt with large impersonal cookie-cutter type banks it is nice to get that hometown feeling now that I live in the big city. Originally from the El Campo Victoria area -Prosperity has not lost that small bank feel despite expanding into larger markets. Those naysayers on this thread just don't know what down home country hospitality is. I recommend without reservation or hesitation. Come on down Damien and the ladies will treat you right – they will treat you like family.

Craig Bernas was dedicated to finding a solution to my non-traditional mortgage lending needs and he was my advocate in the process. I like to know the details behind what is happening and that makes me sometimes a high maintenance customer. Craig was understanding and tolerant in answering my questions. I owe him a debt of gratitude!

Kudos to this branch. I stopped in to cash a check and ended up opening a new account. The personal service and attention to detail from the staff made me realize how underserved I’ve been at my now soon to be former bank. Stay classy, Prosperity Bank.
