This company does not keep to its promises. I shipped through this company to Lagos Nigeria and it took them almost three months before they finally delivered my shipment. I laid for air shipment which was supposed to take 10 to 12 days for it to be delivered. It was just stories anytime I called to ask for my shipment.

I have to say I am very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the place and staff they did an absolutely fantastic job.Upon walking in the ladies in the office were very welcoming and made sure to tend to all of my questions and needs,I was actually referred by a friend of mine who has done previous shipment with this company for her business in Abuja and like always she’s right.Very seldom do we find international companies with such outstanding presentation and service.Thank you so much PSI I look forward to doing business with you.

Wonderful People A++++++ My name is Shokunbi I came to move my ocean consolidation as I would be traveling soon the ladies Ivy and Celine handled me with care I felt very welcomed my shipment left on Time !!!!!!Promise the manager was the best he took time out to walk me through the process and gave me a big hug!!!Wondeful people God bless you all!!

This is the worse shipping company ever. They don't care about you or your shipment. You won't believe that I dropped off my shipment since November 2023 and it has still not being shipped in January 2024. I have been calling them every week and they kept lying to me that my shipment enroute and finally told me that it had arrived at the destination. Today I found out it is still in the United State. It hasn't even left yet. They did not have the courtesy or even human conscience to inform me about my shipment...I kept calling every single week since Novemeber and yet...And to think that this has been my experience twice and i have only patronized them twice...this is eveidently how they do business. NEVER AGAIN!!! This is the worse, the worse, worse, worse. They don't deserve to run a business. I am so angry that I can't even put it in words. I only pray now that my items in the shipment don't get messed up because of how long they have stayed in the box. The owner and the employees are all very incompetent people and should not be trusted to do business with. A rating less than 0 is even not enough to qualify this business.

They don’t pay their bill!! We provided services to this location and they ignore the calls, don’t want to respond to our emails and they just want free services. If you’re an HVAC company, plumbing, or any sort of trade stay away from this place because they won’t pay the invoice.

Last year December I did ocean Shipment, didn’t arrive till last week April 28th 2023. from the warehouse my box was intact… by the time it was received in theirs nigeria office my box was opened wrapped and almost every items missing. Called office manager won’t answer my calls and emails and none of their staff had responded even after 48hrs.. they are so poor in communication and worse in the nigeria pick up area. Their customer service is worse. My advice take pictures after your boxes are packed. I am still waiting for the office in Houston to get back to me. That’s why am rating them 1.

Tropicportal has used PSI logistics as our primary provider of freight forwarding services since 2011. My first point of contact was Celine and she was quite helpful,I shipped with them about 2months ago and their timely response was top notch,also my package got to the final destination in good condition. They are presently running a 10% discount promo till January 5th 2023.What a wow company am definitely doing my next shipment with them.

Their managements are liars… since December 16 2021 my package is still in Houston and whenever I called, they said because it’s ocean shipping… i Went to their office and they were pushing me to each other, a lady in front office eventually promised to do something and told me the truth that they forgot to ship my package, but till now nothing happens no update on my package yet.. IMAGINE!.. I believe all the good comments and stars here are fake.. they are very unprofessional. Please safe your self stress and stay away from them.
I am looking for a free day again to go and pick up my package and take it somewhere else
