Amazing, friendly, Welcoming Experience it was my first time buying a storage facility and I was sorely Familiar but not as much Ms.Kim was So nice and Extremely helpful guiding me through everything the service was Amazing and I will be sure to Recommend Ms.Kim and the storage facility.

Never used a storage before, totally lost and confused, until I met Ms Kim she was so helpful. She walked me through everything even told me to feel free to call if I had anymore questions. You guys need ten more of her. True meaning of customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ms.Kim is the absolute best. Always gives no hassle, very direct and knowledgeable. My stay here has been nothing short of peaceful and when natural disasters, storms or bad rain happens, she’s good with keeping you updated on the safety of your things. She’s Very polite, nice, and patient. Will keep you updated as well on your account. She’s the ONLY reason I’m still here. Keep up the good work. I could see her being District Manager soon. She’s a good look for this company!
