The manager here is the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When I moved in she rudely told me where the unit was and gave poor directions at that. When I moved out I left stuff behind because of ROACHES. And then she harassed me about not cleaning out my unit before the 1st and owing the FULL MONTH. I was out by the 3rd. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible.

First they raised their rates within one year from $118 to $183!!!Secondly it appears someone had a master key and STOLE much of our belongings. Bikes, golf clubs and clothes. The lock was re locked when I returned to the locker and the only way to re lock the lock is with the key in it. Also the back public door has been broken for 6 weeks with no repairs. Unlikely insurance will cover due to no signs of break in. Avoid this place.

The black lady in that location is sooo rud. She has a terrible attitude, and she left us waiting for half an hour without being able to leave because she didn't want to give us a code, and she hid in the cellars so as not to let us go out, we had to wait until another person came in to be able to leave. horrible experience

The on-site manager is unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. I could not access the elevator to my unit, and she spoke to me like I was wasting her time.

Shanelle was awesome! I started the application online the night before to reserve a unit but did not complete the payment portion. I like to do that in person. I showed up early at 9:15 they don't open until 9:30 so I went to Dollar tree across the street. As I was headed back I got a call from her at 9:33 and she asked if I need help completing the application for the Unit rental. I told her I would be there in 2 mins which I was. The whole process was smooth and seamless. She showed me the unit and we were done within 5 to 10 mins! Also kudos to her for checking in with me as soon as they opened! Talk about Great customer service! To whoever is in charge She NEEDS A RAISE!!! Thank you Shanelle!

THE WORSTI booked over the phone and when I showed up no one was working and they were undergoing renovations. If you’re moving you know changes to plans suck! Couldn’t get connected to anyone over the phone either. Had to go to a different storage provider…
