The staff at this location are amazing, particularly Chyneen who is super kind and professional. Because of her and the other young ladies who work in this location’s office I am happy to give a five star review. Also, be aware of the contractual terms as the pricing increases are constant and relentless.

Today I learned why public storage has such high stars. It’s because they’re termination to keep the customer happy they do such a wonderful job with trying to find somebody that possible and the best experience possible. They do truly listen there at the public storage.

I’m new to this Public Storage location and realized I needed more space after moving in. Ms. Chyneen was amazing—super helpful, informative, and made the process easy. The facility is very clean and secure with passcode entry to the property, lobby, and floors. Only suggestion: add a trash bin outside for things like empty water bottles after moving.
