My mother and I have been renting storage units here for the better part of a decade. Mya has really gone above and beyond to keep our business, has been immediately responsive and extremely patient with both of us during a difficult time. We have had phone calls from them on the rare instance when one of us has inadvertently left one of our units unlocked. The service has always been impeccable and my belongings remain intact through climate control and good safety measures. Cannot recommend this place enough, and Mya specifically. Thank you SO MUCH Mya.

Hiwot helped me find my unit when it wasn’t on the floor I expected. Move in was smooth! My only complaint would be that the magnetic door holders are broken so you have to bring your own doorstop if you’re moving large furniture in.

I’m not sure what my expectations were from the staff of a storage unit but it certainly was this. The customer service at this location is top tier! I have had dealings with Miya and Hiwot who was from another location and my encounters have been absolutely superb these ladies have not exhibit an ounce of laziness or disrespect or aloofness about their profession. I had an issue at my unit which required both of them to walk to my unit on separate occasions and they did so unhesitatingly and with a hint of attitude. Man I’m in awe of the level of professionalism and customer appreciation…keep up the good work guys well in this case ladies

This was my first experience with a storage space and I chose this location to put some of my folks' things away as they relocated because of the positive reviews. There are literally 2 other Public Storage facilities within a mile and I discovered they're all in a competition to get the best reviews. The employees are incentivised to be the best in the area which is why you see so many reviews including the names of the on-site manager. However, this internal competition has actually resulted in objectively stellar customer service!The person who was on duty when I moved in was friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgable. She also didn't cut any corners and was insistent on the security policies which put my mind at ease about the facility.The facility itself is clean, well lit and had 3 large moving carts available which was enough to accommodate myself and about 4 other people/families who came and went during my move in. My only complaint is with the app's 'unlock' feature which was very frustrating because of connectivity issues. You're better off using the secondary 'input code manually' option which worked 100% of the time vs 20% for the app's unlock button.So although the tech integration between the building, elevators and the app are impressive, they are dramatically undone by the building itself. This might be alleviated by making the window of time much longer for the elevators to be "open" after pushing the app button, or simply switching the default method to manual input after 3 connectivity failures with a notification explaining why the manual version is being recommended.Anyway, none of that subtracts from the stellar way this facility is managed and the very high customer service levels from apparently all the staff. In addition to the on-site staff, the regional manager deserves kudos for treating their employees well and incentivising them in a way that results in a win/win for both staff and customers.

Mya was very helpful, she made everything so easy for me. She was attentive to my needs and listen to me ! She definitely deserves a raise she really went above and beyond
