Please do not waste your time on this public at this location they open at 9am -6pm
Due to it being a secure location again look at the reviews that location has been broken 2yrs ago. Also, there was another review left regarding rats. Of course These reviews left me very concerned on top of their hours being very inconvenient for someone like myself that works past 6pm. So please do not waste your time on this specific location. The staff there is very rude as well. When I simply asked one of the customer service representatives at the desk question regarding the break-in, he got very defensive and started yelling at me. THERE HASNT BEEN ANY BREAK IN AT THIS LOCATION ….!!
Why are you in customer service if you don’t
A simple question that was asked. I have every right to state my concern of any reviews that are alarming. If I could, I will give a zero Stars.

George was extremely rude that work in afternoon and evening . I was informed that this storage facility had 24-hour access, but he couldn’t assist me when I became trapped inside. He simply left as soon as it was 6 pm. When I moved my belongings in, I couldn’t find a cart to use to move them up to the third floor. You need to improve your service and provide more carts. Getting 0 stars from me and I can’t wait to move my things out as soon as possible

I had a question about my bill, so I called the office and spoke to George. He was the NICEST person to deal with! He resolved my issue quickly and definitely went above and beyond to keep me as his customer. I won't rent a storage unit from anywhere else as long as they keep people like George around.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They increase your rates every single month and before you know it you are paying 2x the expected rate for your unit. Truly disappointing.. buyer beware

Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience as a first-time customer. Arrived with a U-Haul around 4:30 PM, and no one informed us that the gates would lock and elevator access would be disabled at 5:00 PM sharp. The property manager, George, an older man with white hair, was in a hurry to leave and gave no explanation of closing procedures, even though we were clearly just starting to unload and were the last people on the property.
As a result, we were locked in after hours with no way to exit and no access to return upstairs to secure the unit. Some of our belongings were already inside, but the unit was left open and unlocked overnight because we couldn’t place the lock. We had to spend nearly an hour on the phone with customer service trying to figure out what to do.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. First and last customers of the day should be treated with the same level of respect—but instead, we were treated like we didn’t matter. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue with this location. Management needs to review this property managers performance & take this situation very seriously.

Been here for a few months and they raise the rent by 30+ dollars whenever they feel like it . It's not only a hassle dealing with the people who work in the front but the lack of care for the customers I HIGHLY recommend you find a different storage unit and fast ! Stay far far far away from this location !! Do not rent from here

Never enough carts. I don’t understand why they don’t have more. Almost every time I’ve come they are all in use. No complaints otherwise.
Edit: They bought more carts! Upped from 3 to 5 stars.

Went by and found out I had reserved a unit at another facility not at this N West loop location but George helped me get a unit there. Very customer friendly person a location looked clean. If you need a place to store your belongings go by and see these folks!

Just moved into my storage unit a few months ago and I’ve already gotten a $45 raise in premiums. Was previously told that this is not long-term storage only short, then I contacted the corporate office and talk to Princ at the corp office refused to let me talk to a manager, and was telling me I was unprofessional, I would not rent from this facility anymore

I like the location and while I was initially okay with the the 9:30-56 hours, I’ve come to hate it. Customers pay to store their belongings there and should be able to get into it when needed. Nevermind the fact most people work those hours. Should also mention that there is a gentleman that locks the doors around 4pm and makes himself unavailable which is an issue when the door entry system they use often does not work. Only 2-3 months here and already looking for another location or storage business.
