Chris was very patient and helpful with the selection of the right storage size we required and guided us through the storage process.
Facility was also in good order and well located for our purposes.

Priscilla is over and beyond. She has so helpful and patient helping me to get into the best unit for my needs. She still has time for customers even though she goes to multiple stores. She has always called me back right away if I left a message. She deserves a raise!

On the day I was due to vacate the property I was locked out of my unit. They do a lot of illegal fraudulent activities at this property. When I finally got into my unit thanks to Ms Bobby from another facility I packed it all onto a cart and had to leave it because the person that was coming to help me was on their way the day the lock was placed on my unit. Then so called costumer service claims I was locked out due to non payment which is a lie I attempted to pay them a month earlier yet payment was refused stating they don’t accept cash O well ! I made the attempt. Back to my property that was on the cart when I came the next day someone had taken every thing out of my carry on luggage and stole my luggage it’s the one that has the charging ports built into it, and threw my things all over the floor, tore open my boxes etc,,,, I called HPD & filed a report. The so called managers the two Hispanic girls are trashy and messy has no skills or concern except when it comes to their people of course
Majority of the time no one is at the property. I got stuck in the elevator with two Hispanic men no one cared they acted like nothing had happened this place is ridiculous and known for high crime

I've been renting a storage unit from this location for a while. I just got an email stating they would increase my rent to $522 per month for a 10x20 unit. When I chatted with Public Storage to explain they offer lower prices on their website for the SAME size unit and unit location at nearly half the price, they said there was nothing they could do.
