Pros: the manager is great and it's a good location.
Cons:
- The elevator has not worked for months and access has been spotty.
- they have raised the rent on me 3 times, the most recent AFTER the elevator stopped working
- I requested some kind of compensation not having access to stuff and they first postponed the most recent increase 3 months. Now they have moved the terms around to make it seem like they are helping me with lower or compensated rent, but it's literally the exactly same.
"No contract!" Seems like a good deal until you realize there is no price protection for your space. I have since read the fine print: We reserve the right to change your monthly rent. Since it's month to month, you're screwed.
This is the first bad review I have ever left, so take that for what it's worth.

I used this storage facility many years ago.
The location is extremely excessable, and YOUR MANAGER was very proffessional and pleasant to talk too, with no hidden agenda when explaining the regulations in renting a unit.
I have returned ?? and am a happy customer! Your establishment rules! ??????
