My mother rents a unit at this location she has been there for years. As I was visiting her space noticed the two Property managers out on property. Spoke with one I believe her name was Shay, very pleasant and nice and answered all of my questions. The other manager named Alexandria was also very nice. The location is clean and you can tell they were working hard. Great to finally see people inside the office and out on property to assist with our needs. Keep up the great work ladies.

PLEASE ADVISE ACCESS HOURS END AT 9PM. There was no prior communication about access hours ending at 9pm. While moving, they closed access to our unit.

I don't know as to whether Faisal is the manager or not anymore at this location. He was fantastic over the years that I have had my items at this location. However, the service has greatly gone down the drain. No matter what time of the day that I come, there is never anyone on location! You call the number and can't get an answer. Somebody is riding the clock and not doing their job! Neither the passenger nor the cargo elevators work! Customer service is an off-site location. So they don't know how to help you with operating the elevators either. So you will just get the runaround and passed around. Without ever having contact with the actual manager! As soon as I can get a human being at this site, I am taking my stuff out. I have not been able to have access to my items for several months because of the incompetence!

KNOWN WATER LEAK. Horrible place to store your things. We stored our high end furniture there for a year and it got ruined due to a water leak. We called public storage to notify them and their EMPLOYEE admitted that there was a water leak. We submitted a claim like the truthful employee told us to and received push back from public storage and their insurance company. After submitting the claim we found out that the employee who told the truth is no longer working there. They are still denying it and making excuses. I went up there again and received documentation from employees saying that there has been a known water leak, and how it has yet to be resolved. It has been extremely frustrating because they do not want to process our claim and are hoping we forget and give up. WE WILL NOT give up. DO THE RIGHT THING.

I would be careful putting your trust in this Public Storage location because about two weeks ago I got a call from them saying that there was a "break in" and that my storage was broken into. First, some things to note, The lady called me in a calm tone, as if it was completely normal to have your storage be broken into. When I came in to see it all my stuff was out of the storage and I was so scared that my valuables were stolen. However, I noticed nothing was actually stolen and the locks weren't even broken, as if it was just opened, and I started looking around the other storage spaces and nothing was broken or even outside of the units, only mine was broken into. This is suspicious because the day I canceled my insurance is when this "break-in" happened. I had also asked some people I saw there if their stuff was broken into and if they got a call saying that there was a break-in, and none of them got a call, they didn't even know what I was talking about. I'm not going to say they staged a break-in but the facts are just not adding up and this just seems weird
