I’ve been a customer through my company with this Public Storage location for almost 2 years now and ever since they brought Bobbie here, the service is outstanding. Once I let her know the upstairs was a little warm and she had already recognized it, put in a work order. Literally the next time I was up there it was already taken care of. She does an excellent job taking care of clients here.

Bobbie was amazing!! She explained the cost of each unit I was looking at and helped me choose the right size I needed to fit everything. When it was time for me to downsize, she went above and beyond to help me find a smaller unit. Bobbie provided the best customer service I’ve ever received!!!

Bonnie is an absolute life saver. We needed multiple units on short notice to store our office supplies while moving. The rental process was a breeze, the facility is super clean and incredibly well maintained.

I kept a unit for about 4 years and I never had any issues with security or environmental damage. Bobbie at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure I got all the moving supplies I needed. I would definitely recommend this location!
