Me and my wife Felicia Boggwater, have a nice storage unit there and it’s very good 👍🏻. The service is very good. Amazing customer service. Rachelle was amazing with helping us pick the right storage unit for all my wife’s stuff. And it’s super affordable too. Will recommend to friends and family.

Rachelle helped me out this morning at the 6336 Fairdale location and I must say she's a rock star! Extremely friendly , professional and helpful. She was quickly able to help me assess what products I needed and how much I would need. She gave great suggestions and ultimately won my business and future business! I'll be back at this location. Customer service business for sure! 5 out of 5 stars. Give her a raise! Must stop by and have them help you out.

I am happy to share my reviews for the public storage at 6336 fairdale lane houston, tx location. I was looking for storage for my work and I had my personal at another location and was so happy with that location so when my work asked if we knew any place I referred them to Public Storage. I was so happy to find that the nice helpful lady Rachelle was managing this location , I knew I referred the best to my boss. Rachelle was so helpful when I had my personal storage in houston and she continued a very professional and real servicing attitude to my boss for their storage needs. It is newly under new managing from what I found out and I know Rachelke and her Co worker will definitely improve service to their customers of Public Storage and will improve the Fairdale Lane location.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Rashelle, the site manager at Public Storage. My situation started off as a total mess—dramatic and frustrating, to say the least. For two months, no one was able to get things right. That all changed when Rashelle took over.
The moment she reviewed my account, she immediately noticed something was off. Within just two days—after one phone call and two site visits—she had everything completely resolved. That's what I call EFFECTIVE troubleshooting with SUCCESSFUL results!
Rashelle’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile turned me from a frustrated customer into a very happy one. Thank you, Rashelle, for all that you do—you truly made a difference!

She guided me through every step of the process with patience and clarity, making what could’ve been a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I had to make a payment for a relative’s unit, and Andrea was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Since I live out of town, her assistance made everything so much easier. Excellent customer service—thank you, Andrea!

DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BAD SERVICE !! THEY ARE NEVER THERE !! I WAITED 4 DAYS FIRST FOR ACCESS TO THE GATE AND THEN 3 DAYS WAITING FOR THEY TO REMOVE THE LOCK !! I made an appointment WITH THE MANAGER AT 12 HE WAS NOT THERE !! HE DID NOT ARRIVE !! All the things I had in my truck got wet !! They changed my storage unit, they told me that there was a storage unit available but that I had to pay for another lock and that in 5 minutes they would give me access and now they have not sent it to me. Another day passed and I just said that they should give me my money back and the CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY tells me THAT HE CANNOT HELP ME IT IS A DISAPPOINTMENT AND HANGS UP THE CALL !! IN THE DAYS THAT I WAS TRYING I SAW TWO OR THREE PEOPLE WAITING ANNOYED !! HORRIBLE SERVICE !!

Manager is never there and doesn’t call back. My unit was full of trash and had a lock on it when I was supposed to move in. I had to wait by the office for 9 hours to eventually catch the property manager (he never called me back when trying to figure out what happened). They moved me into a different unit then charged me for the new one. They sent me to collections impacting my credit, only way I found out was when trying to purchase a new house. I couldn’t buy my house because of this.
I’ve called a lawyer and contacted the consumer fraud department of Texas as well as the better business bureau. Shame on public storage for having any outlet. Stay away from this property.

POOR management. There’s no manager or any live person there to help customers (they say the managers rotate from place to place). Make it make sense? If there’s a business there should always be a manager there. Been there 3 hours dealing with customer service they just kept transferring me place to place. A supervisor said he would call and never did. How are they supposed to give me a key when no one is there???

Absolutely Disgusted by the Unprofessionalism
Public Storage has completely lost my respect after years of doing business with them. I was charged for six months on a unit I had already moved out of. When I brought it up, I was told the previous manager (who failed to process my move-out) no longer worked there. I was assured the current manager would resolve the issue and call me back..that call never came.
After leaving voicemails and calling repeatedly with no response, I finally got through, only to be yelled at and disrespected by an incredibly rude employee. The call took place on Monday, May 19th at 1:11 PM. I’ve never been spoken to with such hostility by any customer service rep in my life.
The level of unprofessionalism, lack of decency, and accountability is astounding. If this is the kind of employee Public Storage allows to represent their brand, then it’s no surprise things are going downhill. I will be taking further steps to ensure this behavior is addressed.
Do better, Public Storage. This experience was shameful.

DIREGARD THIS ENTIRE REVIEW I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY PUBLIC STORAGE I AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR A UNIT I MOVED OUT OF IN JANUARY!
I was initially considering going to a different storage facility, but my experience with Steve completely changed my mind. From the moment I walked into the Public Storage on Fairdale Ln, Steve’s professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise stood out. He truly went above and beyond to assist me.
His top-tier customer service, urgency, and attentiveness made me feel confident and secure about storing my belongings here. Steve didn’t just answer my questions; he took the time to understand my needs and made the whole process seamless.
As long as Steve is at this location, Public Storage has a lifelong customer in me. He is an absolute asset to this company, and I cannot recommend him enough.

STEVE is a very professional representative. He helped me with my transfer and explained the process thoroughly. He goes above and beyond to help us renters at the Public Storage. I'm glad I found him today at the premises. He's very knowledgeable and deserves recognition.
