Tee was so kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me secure a storage unit on short notice, stayed past closing to make sure I was registered, and then took the time to show me where my unit was located how to get in and ask if I had any further questions. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I am amazed of how good the customer service is from Maria from public storage. I was calm to know that my stuff was safe and I didn’t have to worry about anyone getting in or stealing my stuff. Again, Maria was such a lovely person and I was able to ask questions and help that I needed!

Overall good experience, even though I had to file a claim for damage. The process was easy, &quick (for the most part). Tee was such a blessing throughout my entire time renting with them . She even gave me one of her tacos one day?. Need more people like tee in the world!! Give her a raise she’s great!

This unit is perfect for my storage needs. When our price went up, Tee was able to help us decrease our price to a much affordable one. I’m very happy about it because I really like this location and I’m happy where my unit sits.
