Convenience of location isn’t bad, the cleanliness of the renters isn’t up to par though. I swear if it wasn’t for Kemosi & his DRIVE to satisfy customers I wouldn’t of stayed I didn’t mind losing out on the money that I’ve already paid but I was definitely looking to switch locations. Kemosi went way above & beyond for me while also trying to take care of other customers on the phone! Grateful for his assistance, but sad he has to work like that. Also, the Kiosk may be a convenience for the company but it’s definitely not for the customers because no one is on-site to speak to so goodluck trying to reach someone in person or on the phone!

I had an issue with picking up my keys after there was an upgrade done to the property which caused them to need to replace my lock. Kemosi looked everywhere and found them for me. He went above and beyond. He also helped me get my rent reduced for the next 3 months.

I am beyond frustrated. Received my rental instructions YESTERDAY EVENING. Upon my movers arrival this morning, there was a red lock on rental we had reserved. There was NO one on site to confront. Had called the location several times and got no answer. Movers ended up having to drive down the street to ANOTHER location in order to be assisted just to be told there was an issue with the unit we reserved. But we didn't receive ANY phone call to discuss the matter prior to move in and be re issued another unit. Then to be charged an additional unit transfer fee, is just to unreal. I look forward to filing a complaint with corporate due to this extreme inconvenience
