Personal belongings are much safer here compared to other PS locations in the area and online rates are excellent. The mobile app online gate access is convenient. *Best to use utility bins (not boxes) with well-secured tops to prevent rats/termites from accessing and damaging belongings. **Or use your own termite product. Most storage units have this problem. ***Outside of regular business hours, keep the main PS customer service number saved on your phone to call and they can text you access information immediately. For me and my family, shorter rental periods are best here.
