But I could put it one star I would it’s a horrible horrible place to rent a storage when I walked into the 600 buildings where the ones area is, which is so confusing in the first place the actual building smell like dogs there was bullet holes all inside of the walls like the apartments next to it we’re shooting in bully hole. They haven’t got that fixed repaired. Also the door was not repaired. The door was broken.

I love using the kiosk to rent the storage very easy and everything was just like they said it would be lock in the storage with the key access gate passcode all was good and representative was awesome thank you very much

After paying almost $200/ month, we found alot of rat droppings on everything we owned. I have never been so disgusted!!!

I called the front desk and the phone number for location 11810 Westheimer Hoiston 77077 at 5;00 on a Friday where I have 2 storage units and the person I spoke to is no help at all who does not even have the code to the door or no one is answering the phone for assistance. Wbat happened to customer service of Public Storage? I guess it's time to move to another storage compamy. Maybe I can get better customer service.there
