For the time I have been there it has been always serviceable, clean and fast to respond. I recommended my father a space and Albert aka AC was very friendly and knowledgeable in deals and helped my father set up his storage! We were in and out with a good deal plus a free month on the unit and the insurance!!! Thanks Albert!

Super smooth experience with Public Storage!
I booked a unit online and took advantage of their $1 first-month promo—no contract, no hassle. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.
On move-in day, I got a text with my gate code and unit number. They even gave me a free lock (normally around $10), which was a nice surprise.
The facility is spotless, and packed with security cameras, so I felt totally safe. I’m very satisfied and will definitely recommend Public Storage to friends and family who need extra space. Great value and peace of mind!

There is no one to help ever in the office. The handle of the unit i paid for is broken so I can't even use it to lock it. I been trying to move in for 4 days already and I have came in different times called and no answer. It's really upsetting because I really need to move somethings and have wasted my time coming to seek for help.
Update they told me I was going to received full refund but got nothing so I called again to customer service and said because I didnt cancel in the same day I was supposed to move in I would only get refund for the lock I never got THEY STOLD MY MONEY.

The gate should be open longer then office hours. People who work need access to the storage facility after the office closed
