There were rat poop droppings. They bit through some of my items! I've barely had my storage for a month and a half!! I called the office & no one answered. Disappointed

For the average working class, the hpurs of operation are horrible. You must make an appointment to speak with staff, and half the time they're at other nearby locations. Though I will say that they comunícate appropriately when it comes to late bill pay.

Thank you so much to Ms. Vionda she was a God sent. Her patience is unmatched. She was very patient with me, worked me through, and made sure I was set up. Because of her willingness to help, I had to rent from her even through the closing time does not really work for me, but I would rather deal with that. She is extremely helpful. God bless you.

Met this lady name Vionda at Public Storage answered all my questions and then some I never knew to ask very courteous and polite wish all the others Public Storage stores had more people like her. I really would like 10* but can only give 5*
