This is the only location I've ever been where the front desk is almost always empty. Every single time I go, I have to wait an hour or 2 minimum before someone finally shows up. And good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone. I called 6 times in a 2 hour period before giving up and calling the corporate # to do the job for me. They either need more staff or better staff

Very friendly staff. Exstacie is super patient and helpful and made sure my issue was resolved even though she had a busy day she gave me the time to help me out and the issue got resolved. Thank you 😊

Looking for a more secure storage option near me and decided to try the new-ish Public Storage on Hayes Rd. Natalee was super helpful in helping us get setup and picked a great unit for us! Highly recommend!
