Poor communication w/ customers and eachother .
If you change your number they will still reach out to the old one so delete the old one ..something they should TELL YOU .
Need a language line .
So many things could’ve been avoid with better communication..sad.

Johna met me with grace when I called and left a message on one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time. I called charged and spitting venom and she called me back with grace, love and the utmost client care. She’s a gem, you are not smart if you don’t Promote her. OH AND MY GIRL EVA... SHE IS SO KIND, ANSWERS THE PHONE WITH SUCH ENERGY... She legitimately seemed happy to call me to remind me about my bill.. Happy that I was a customer! What an amazing staff. I appreciate the time I spent with you guys here. You guys deserve all the raises in all the high places. Thank you both for your wonderful energy :)
