Rented a 10 x 20 storage unit here and the process was easy. I had some questions on the day I went to pick up the lock for my unit and Ms. Gladys was very helpful. She was patient with me and answered all my questions. I didn’t expect to find such a nice approachable attendant, but I’m happy to say that’s what I found. Thank you Ms Gladys for the help you gave me!

Ms. Gladys was an amazing help. I made reservations for her location. She called check to see if I still needed the unit . I didn't need the unit any longer. But if I ever do I would sure consider this location because of Ms gladys
