I reserved a unit online and went into the office and Tyler had all the paperwork done within 5 minutes. Very fast, she gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. Very very very good customer service!

My services at public storage today with Drell and Emelie were beyond great. From the time I walked in it was a great customer service experience. We had a few hiccups with selecting a unit, but overall drell made it her business to assist me with getting a storage.

Tyler was exceptionally welcoming easy going and knowledgeable to the questions at hand she was accommodating to my needs as I explained to her I couldn't use the stairs and I reserved my unit upstairs due to the advertisement of a elevator no knowing it's only for the use of stored items Tyler was understanding and I would definitely recommend renting at this particular facility thx Tyler 😊
