I enjoy the fact that I don't have to get out of my car to open the gate. The young lady (NINA) that works here is very endearing. Very helpful. Showed me 2 units so I can make size comparison. Gave me several recommendations. Great choice after looking at several different storage places nearby.

Lacreasha was very helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure that I was assisted in a timely manner. She was also very personable and nice and made me laugh the whole time I was there. I would recommend public storage because of her.

I had a problem with the app/website. I was making my monthly pymt but the system wouldn't work. CSR LeCreasha was very professional, helpful, respectful and very pleasant to work with. She was able to find my account and make the corrections needed.She made my concern go away.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Lacreashea she gave me a great welcome in and immediately started helping me with my needs! She help me find exactly what I was looking for all in under 30 minutes! She really is an outstanding employee & need more people like her.
