Lolita have impressed me for the last 2 years by her professionalism. Her good attitude has been consistent ever since she has been a manager at this property. Her work ethic is excellent. I leased the largest climate controlled storage unit available for over three years, and was utterly disappointed to find that the air conditioning units not only stopped working, but weren’t even fixed following that for several months in a row. I had many items that were damaged due to that, and eventually just cleared the unit entirely since no action was performed by the management. If you’re considering climate controlled units, please be careful with renting one from this location, or look for other options in the area.
