My experience at Public Storage has been by far amazing. Alice the property manager is very helpful and courteous. I had a personal issue and she was a blessing in disguise to assist me. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are okay and when I’m on site she’s always making her rounds to make sure the property is tidy. If you ever need a storage space come here because Alice is sweet genuine and a will do all she can to assist her customers.

This is a really clean, safe storage place! They have cameras in every hall, so there isn't anything criminal going on here. The property manager Alyce is very professional, and she finds a unit that works perfectly for your situation. I will say that there are no bathrooms here, so I definitely unload prior to showing. The Storage insurance is $12/month per unit. They give u up to 7 days after due date to pay before they access a late fee. I love how the units are very close to the doors so that way you don't have to do a crazy amount of walking.

You don’t care, nor do you want to know! I recently sent you a review regarding my horrific experience at the location where I have my storage, (Millridge Road and Jones Road, Houston, TX), and I’ve heard back from no one regarding my concerns! I called numerous times and never spoke to anyone about this horrific experience with the onsite manager there. And I will be getting my stuff out and going back to Extra Space Storage, where they have onsite, friendly managers! You all suck!!!!
