The day after purchasing the car, the check engine light came on. Very suspicious. The gasket on the engine is damaged. The car was over filled with oil causing oil everywhere and smoke. The driver’s window now won’t go up. Nothing but issue after issue on a vehicle we were told has no problems.

Waited a little while to make a post! And I am very happy! bought a 2011 challenger RT nearly a year ago and have not had any problems but minimal maintenance. Theses lady’s are very helpful.

My husband bought me a family suv 2009 Cadillac Escalade from this place back in 2023 and as of today I have not had any issues with the vehicle besides replacing the battery a few times .. Marlene and Doris are very understanding, they will work with your down payment if you don’t have the full down amount ,they will help you deferred your payment.

❌️⛔️ FATAL! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T THINK OF BUYING YOUR CAR HERE! Once these people have your money, they not only forget about you, but they treat you extremely badly. Since I bought my car with cash, they had to fix a mechanical problem that it had and they never did it. They also didn't give me the registration/inspection documents and right now when I called the assistant (a certain Marlen), who has been sending them to me for weeks, she yelled at me four times and even threw the phone at me. A very ordinary, disrespectful person, without class and much less education!
I have spoken to other people who know them and they have a terrible reputation, not only for having terrible customer service, but also for the cars being of terrible quality!
I am very sorry for having bought my car there and the truth is, ❌️ I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING IT. ⚠️LOOK FOR A DEALER WHERE THEY SELL GOOD QUALITY CARS AND WHERE THEY SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT⚠️

The worst dealer if you can call him that, I would never buy a car with these people again, all the paint fell off on my car and so they demand full cover insurance, and not only that, but now they are leaving us so the insurance deductible must be $500; Of course so that my payment goes up. It's the worst .
